When the evidence is thin, Finowl leans restrictive: several candidate countries mean the strictest rule, and none means consent first.
- recommendation_code
- prohibited, consent_required, exception_required, case_by_case, allowed_with_conditions, allowed, allowed_by_policy or safe_to_send. Branch on this field.
- confidence
- confident, medium or unknown. Unknown means no jurisdiction could be established, so the restrictive consent_required default applies.
- country, country_code
- The jurisdiction the rule comes from. Empty when no jurisdiction could be established.
- main_laws, main_restrictions
- The laws behind the rule and what you must do to respect it, with law_reference_urls to the sources.
- jurisdictions_applicable
- Every candidate country considered. With more than one, the strictest rule was applied.
